Capstone Agency

As Director of Strategy at Capstone Agency, I led 18 strategists across eight client teams and helped define the agency's strategic direction. My responsibilities combined research, creativity, and mentorship, including writing strategic briefs, monitoring consumer trends, reviewing client work, and training colleagues on new research tools. I also managed Capstone Agency Communications, our internal public relations team, where I developed content strategies, analyzed performance data, and launched trend-driven campaigns that engaged both students and industry partners. Through more than 25 briefs and numerous brainstorming sessions, I learned that effective strategy is not only about uncovering insights but also about enabling others to transform those insights into impactful work.
