Weather affects everyone, but most people don't think about it until it becomes a problem. During my summer internship with a weather technology company, I helped bridge the gap between complex forecasting technology and the communities it was designed to serve. From creating social media campaigns and interviewing snow professionals to researching municipal purchasing contracts and connecting with city leaders, my work focused on helping people become more informed, prepared, and weather-aware. The experience strengthened my ability to translate technical information into accessible communication while supporting broader business and community outreach efforts.
